Waymark Kin
Terms
These terms explain the Visiting Room membership, the shared family chat, the limits of Waymark Kin's guides, and the law that governs these terms.
The Visiting Room membership
Renewal and cancellation
The Visiting Room founding membership is offered at $4.99 monthly or $39 yearly. The monthly or yearly membership interval you select renews for that same interval until you cancel it.
To cancel or manage membership, sign in to your account and use the Manage membership flow. It opens the hosted membership portal where you can manage the subscription.
Shared family chat
The family chat is a shared room for active members. Members agree to the family chat guidelines before access. It is limited to visitation questions and ride sharing to or from visits. Each message is limited to 500 characters.
Before a message appears to members, local checks look for contact details and an AI moderation review checks whether the message is clearly on topic and free of prohibited content. If moderation is unavailable, nothing is posted and the message is rejected until it can be checked.
Messages that are posted remain stored until an operator removes them. Members cannot delete their own posts. Posts that violate the chat rules are removed.
Chat content restrictions
Do not include any of the following in a chat message:
- Phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, social media handles, external links, or other personal contact details.
- Your loved one's name, register number, or case details.
- Legal advice, medical advice, or requests for an individual legal or medical conclusion.
- Off-topic or ambiguous content that is not clearly about visitation or ride sharing.
Messages that contain restricted content, are off topic, or are unclear may be rejected before posting or removed after posting.
